"Locally sourced" is a lovely line on a label. It's also, often, the wrong call.
Every crop has a home — a place where the climate, the soil, and generations of farming know-how produce something better and more consistent than anywhere else. Champagne comes from Champagne. The world's finest psyllium grows in one arid corner of India. Cocoa only grows within twenty degrees of the equator.
Chasing a local label would mean settling for a lesser ingredient for the sake of a sticker. We won't. We follow each ingredient to its native home — and then we let the lab, not the flag, decide whether it's pure enough to make the cut.

China produces more pea and rice protein, to a higher and more consistent standard, than anywhere else on earth. The agronomy and isolation technology are simply the most advanced in the world.

A country of origin tells you nothing about what's actually in the powder. Purity is a measurable fact — and the only honest way to know it is to test the batch in front of you.

Every batch is screened by an independent Eurofins laboratory for heavy metals, pesticides, microbes and more — before it's allowed near the blend. Origin earns nothing on trust.

Cocoa from smallholder farms across the equatorial belt, oats from family Nordic growers, psyllium from India's traditional fibre farms — sourced through partners who pay fairly and buy direct.
Lighter on the land
Plant proteins ask a fraction of the land, water and carbon that animal protein does. Sourcing each crop from its ideal climate also means higher yields with fewer inputs.
