10 - Order Cancellation
Our warehouse team fulfills orders as a matter of priority, meaning we have a limited amount of time to process order cancellations. Cancellations are possible under the following conditions:
Within 30 minutes of an order being placed, or before midnight EST (whichever comes first).
Before the item is picked up by our couriers.
Any cancellations requested after the items have been picked up will be considered a refund request and will be handled in accordance with our refund policy.
